Tracey Harris

CEO & Director Executive & Global Services

Tracey has worked in a range of leadership and executive roles throughout her career. She has worked as a senior Ministerial Advisor to both state and federal ministers and members of Parliament. Tracey has led government policy reform leading social and public policy innovation. Tracey comes from a family of business owners with her parents being the co-founders and owners of Alpha Electrics and Alpha Irrigation. This business has recently celebrated 50 years of success. As the CEO of Amovita, Tracey leads the Global Strategy Division with a career over 25 years. She has provided lectureship at the Australian Catholic University in Brisbane for eight years where she lectured in the fields of public and social policy, leadership and organisational excellence. With an interest in research on high-performance leadership and neuroscience, Tracey has developed an integrated and neurological approach to coaching and supervision through Amovita’s supervision and coaching models. Tracey is currently a PhD Candidate with Griffith University in Brisbane researching supervisor capability and leadership. Tracey is an international Author and Speaker on business and organisational excellence.

Elyse Leonard

Practice Coordinator

Elyse is our Practice Coordinator. She supports the operations and practice areas across all our services and programs. Elyse holds degrees in both psychology and social work and her career has spanned both clinical and professional roles across the non-government, government, and corporate sectors. She specialises in complex and vicarious trauma, clinical mental health and organisational excellence. She uses a range of clinical and professional approaches including neuro-social science, trauma-informed and transactional analysis approaches to support clients to enhance wellness and high performance in the workplace. Elyse develops and facilitates training in neuro-wellness, professional identity and organisational excellence. She has worked across the aged care, mental health and disability sectors as well as leadership and management in the non-government and corporate sectors. She presents at local and national conferences on mental health and her research interest is in professional excellence and wellness in the workplace. Elyse volunteers with Rosies in Logan supporting people experiencing homelessness.

Rebecca Stephens

International Associate Consultant

Rebecca’s career in leadership and professional practice includes consulting to government and non-government sector organisations expanding workforce development initiatives. Rebecca is experienced in designing bespoke training packages for a variety of organisations which has been instrumental in influencing workforce excellence through the development of professional capability. Rebecca has provided lectureship across eight universities in Australia and England. She currently leads a nationally-funded Postgraduate Diploma in Social work (Step Up) in the UK and has created a new Postgraduate-level accredited continuous professional development program in Practice Education for social workers in England and Jersey. Rebecca has led the development of Amovita’s PETS(R) supervision and leadership model to support professionals and clinicians delivering animal-human related care and therapy internationally to maintain high performance and practice excellence. ce excellence.  Rebecca presents at local and international conferences on supervision research and practice.

Amanda Vos

Professional Consultant

Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the social work sector, Amanda provides quality supervision and training services to a range of professionals across Australia. Amanda has successfully created the first Social Work Career Centre, and has supported hundreds of emerging professionals in her experience as a commended University Educator. Amanda has worked in community and government settings to advocate and support young people experiencing homelessness, women experiencing domestic and family violence, and carers supporting people with physical and/or psychosocial disabilities and mental health concerns. Amanda has developed and managed State and National programs within the Australian Association of Social Workers, and provides career counselling and coaching to hundreds of practitioners, managers and leaders across the country.

Claire Day

Professional Consultant

Claire has over 20 years of professional experience across government, non-government and the private sectors in senior clinical and leadership roles. Claire’s career has been across the health, mental health aged care settings. She has extensive experience in statutory child protection, perinatal mental health, parenting and family support. Claire has been in private practice and leadership in government and non-government. During her career she has provided mentorship, supervision and coaching for professionals, practitioners and students.

Claire holds a Master of Gestalt Psychotherapy, Bachelor of Social Work and is an EMDR Practitioner, Mental Health Social Worker and has Certificates in Counselling Children and Expressive Therapies.

Katie Beamish

Professional Consultant

Katie is an experienced clinician that supports the delivery of Amovita’s EAP services in Tasmania. Katie holds qualifications in Psychology and Counselling, and is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Katie has extensive experience in working across multi-disciplinary and early intervention services to provide a wide range of counselling and support for clients with anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss and personal stress.  Katie is passionate about working with people at a deep level to support individuals to make profound changes. Katie has also worked in leadership roles across the public & private sector with a focus on facilitation, training, community collaboration and change management. Katie enjoys working alongside professionals across our EAP services to develop employees’ emotional resilience and promote high performance in the workplace.

Sharon Quirk

Strengths Profiling Consultant

Sharon’s career in the human services spans over twenty years. She has worked in the government and non-government sectors specialising in adolescent and adult mental health and trauma. Her clinical roles have involved working as a mental health clinician, community worker, and sexual abuse and assault counsellor. Sharon holds degrees in social work and psychology, and a diploma in positive psychology and wellbeing. She is an experienced educator in Social Work Field Education, supervising students in a diverse range of practice settings as an external supervisor and tutor at the University of South Australia. Sharon is an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner and provides services in strengths profiling, personal coaching, and strengths workshops for groups and teams. She is passionate about working alongside clients and businesses to enhance motivation and productivity in the workforce using Strengths Profiling Tools.

Adrian Nyhuis

Professional Consultant

Adrian is a qualified Clinical Counsellor, Accredited Supervisor, Trainer and Life Coach based in Tasmania. Adrian holds and maintains professional registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA), and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Adrian uses a  holistic and integrative approach to his practice utilising a number of theories such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Christian Counselling, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, & Solution Focused Therapy. Adrian enjoys supporting individuals, groups and teams in Amovita’s EAP and critical incident debriefing services.

Alice Cate

Professional Consultant

Alice has over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning government, non-government, and private sectors. She began her career working with young people in special assistance schools, gaining knowledge and skills in educational and mental health environments. Over the years, Alice has built a strong foundation in designing and delivering preventative and early intervention programs, tools, and resources aimed at supporting individuals, families and communities. Alice is a dedicated mentor and supervisor, guiding professionals across the human and community services sector. Her leadership is particularly recognised in developing emerging practitioners, where she provides valuable professional guidance and support. Alice holds formal qualifications in business, social work, and mental health.

Vicki Carrick

Professional Consultant

Vicki is a qualified Social Worker and Community Worker with over 25 years of experience in child protection and human services. Her career has been dedicated to supporting children, youth, parents, caregivers, and professionals through a strengths based, trauma-informed, and therapeutic lens. Vicki has held diverse roles in the not-for-profit sector, including clinical and professional positions within child protection and disability services. She is a skilled program manager, practice supervisor, assessor, therapist, and trainer.

Sue Lloyd

Professional Consultant

Sue brings over 35 years of professional experience working across both government and non-government sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has led a diverse range of multi-program services, including child protection, domestic and family violence programs (for both women and men), youth services, and family law support, which includes counselling, mediation, parenting, children’s groups, and the Family Law Pathways Network, as well as homelessness services. Sue has overseen the development, management, expansion, and quality assurance of multi-program services funded by both State and Federal bodies. Sue specialises in professional supervision and coaching to staff, teams and leaders across the sector.

Anne Young

Professional Consultant

Anne’s career began working in corporate health promotion and strategy development. Working at project coordination and leadership levels within government organisations, Anne has 15-years’ experience working with leaders and organisations to develop positive, healthy, and sustainable workplaces. Drawing on post-graduate study in Psychology and Counselling, Anne utilises her counselling experience in conjunction with her knowledge and experience of workplaces, leadership and best practice to support individuals and teams.  Anne provides counselling support through Amovita’s Employee Assistance Program for a wide range of challenges and life events, with a special interest in parents at work, returning to work post injury or illness, skills and career development, and leadership support and growth.

Konstans Zabarov

Digital Marketing Consultant

Konstans is a focused professional who is diligently driven by the challenge of success. Konstans holds Bachelor level qualifications in International Business and Management, and a Masters Degree in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics. Konstans moved from her hometown in France, to Australia in 2022 where she has grown her own business in freelance digital marketing and fitness coaching. Konstans is fluent in French, English and German. Her expertise lies in social media campaign development, digital marketing, and public relations.

Vanessa Bloomfield

Graphic Design Specialist

Vanessa has been a valued team member of Amovita since we commenced in 2007. Vanessa is our guru in Graphic Design. Since commencing her own Company, Squaw Media she is also the Founder and CEO of Vanbloom, a Design, Stationer & Chandler business based on the Gold Coast. Vanbloom has worked with industries in the Local Government Sector, Elite Clubs, IT Sectors, Fashion, Health, Real Estate, Landscaping, Building and Mining. She works with businesses including Amovita all over Australia creating a range of graphic design services. Vanessa has been key to our vision and brand over the last 15 years. 

 

 

James Alley

Cultural Consulting Specialist

James is a proud descendent of the Kuku Yalanji and Kalkadoon people of Far North and North West Queensland. James is a leading consultant across Australia in Indigenous engagement, communications, and strategic partnerships. He has an impressive career spanning over 20 years and holds a Masters of Arts in Indigenous Social Policy, a Diploma in Indigenous Health Science, a Cert IV in Small Business Management and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. James has led major projects in both the State and Federal Government industry and has worked across the corporate, Government and non-government sectors. He leads AJA Solutions as an Indigenous consultant developing Aboriginal engagement and communication strategies. James provides services across our Training and Executive & Global Services Divisions.

Mitchell Page

CTO & Director of Development

Mitchell is the founder and director of Creatio, a successful application & website development company in Sydney. He is a graduate of the University of Sydney, receiving First Class Honours in Design Computing, and awarded the University Medal for outstanding academic research. With a career spanning 20 years, Mitchell leads our web, app and software projects. Mitchell oversees projects on the continuum from concept to implementation. He leads our data integrity, user experience, design consultant across all platforms including our websites, apps and software.

Matt Kendall

Architect - International Developer

Matt is our key architect and international IT & website developer. As a key member of the team at Creatio, Matt was instrumental in the design and development of our website and supporting the development of our Application MyBio.life. With a career spanning 20 years, Matt has a Diploma in Graphic Design and is a creative and multi-talented designer and project manager with diverse experience in multimedia, marketing, print and UI/UX design. Matt specialises in user accessibility, graphics and functionality. Matt has had 15 years in print design in magazines, promotions and leadership of design teams.

 

Davis Allie

Guru Developer Australia

Davis is the talent behind our amazing App MyBio.life as our App developer in Australia. His expertise is evident in leading the development of our app Mybio.life. With a Double Degree in Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor in Science Computer Systems Engineering, Davis leads our software engineering and application coder. With high-level analytical skills, Davis is instrumental in making our projects come to life to support our clients and customers.

Ben Hingley

Digital Creator Mastermind

Ben is key to our promotions and marketing across MyBio.life. Ben’s work across our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and our website gives our clients and customers an idea of our authenticity and wanting to make people’s lives easier through the use of the App. Ben’s leads all our photography and videography for our App and website.
