Course Overview:
Providing effective and quality supervision takes specific skills, knowledge and attributes. If supervision is not maintained and
valued over time, it becomes stale and cycles in task and process. Supervision is core to all aspects of any successful organisation or business. It ensures that staff feel valued, performance is maintained, and everyone feels connected to the organisations values. Supervision discussions promote good health and well-being and reduce stress and fatigue in the workplace.
This one-day refresher training has been designed for those who have previously attended any of our PASE® training programs and would like to refresh their skills and knowledge on the PASE® model and framework. The aim of this training is to reinvigorate the passion and commitment for supervision and coaching. It is a dynamic and interactive forum where participants share their experiences from the previous training attended, what has been challenging in implementing the PASE® model, and how the PASE® has made a difference in the workplace.
Participants refresh how they are using the PASE® model in their leadership roles. We focus participants on re-embedding and refreshing passion for supervision and the PASE® materials and resources. The training encourages participants to share, experience and re-embed.
Pre-requisite:
Prior to attending this training it is a pre-requisite that participants will have attended a previous ESP-Excellence in Supervisory Practice 2 day training. It is further recommended that if participants have attended a 2 day training longer than two years previously, that they register to attend an Amovita supervision 2 day training as content and resources may have changed
