If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your purchase of products, please contact us on info[at]amovita.com.au. We will work with you to correct any such error and if necessary make a refund or correction that is appropriate. If you change your mind about purchasing products for any reason, Amovita will honour your decision, provided you request a refund within 4 calendar days of the date on which you made the purchase. To request a refund, please email info[at]amovita.com.au. Refunds for products will be provided via bank deposit and will be issued within 30 days.

Returns and Refunds Policy – Services

If you change your mind about purchasing a service for any reason, Amovita will honour your decision provided you request a refund with 4 days of the date on which you made the purchase, or from the invoice date. To request a refund, please email info[at]amovita.com.au. Refunds for products will be provided via bank deposit and will be issued within 30 days. Amovita may withdraw services at any time by providing the client with written notice. Where Amovita withdraws services, reimbursement will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • The client acts in an unprofessional or unethical manner, of which includes:
    • any breaches of service proposal terms or contract
    • any contraventions to the bounds of confidentiality and/or privacy principles
  • if the client becomes insolvent or is declared bankrupt
  • if the client’s invoice is 30+ days overdue
  • any breaches or suspected breaches of any law that is applicable to the services, or operations of the client agency, including any governance and policy breaches
  • if there is an immediate risk of harm or serious injury, or there is a breach of workplace health and safety that will impact on an Amovita representative

Returns and Refunds Policy – Training Presentations

Amovita understandings that sometimes plans change, as we have contracts in place with venue’s and suppliers, our cancellation fees are:

  • 31 calendar days prior: no cancellation fee
  • 21 to 30 calendar days prior: 40% cancellation fee
  • 8 – 20 calendar days prior: 50% cancellation fee
  • 4 – 7 calendar days prior: 75% cancellation fee
  • Under 3 days prior: 100% cancellation fee
  • Non arrival: 100% cancellation fee*

* if an individual cannot attend on the day of training, the client is welcome to send a replacement staff member for that person.

In the event that Amovita cancels a training presentation, Amovita will provide a full refund to the client for the training registration fee only. Amovita will not reimburse any other costs associated with the individual’s attendance at training which includes, but is not limited to travel, accommodation, salary or wages. Refunds for the training registration fee will be provided by bank deposit and issued within 30 days.

  • All products and services available on the Amovita website in in Australian (AUD, $) dollars.
  • Purchases are shipped from our offices in by Australia Post and will arrive in accordance with Australia Post’s delivery timeframes.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Amovita on the day the goods arrive.
  • International orders are welcome. If you wish to ship an order internationally, contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
  • Courier Delivery:
    • For goods requested to be delivered by Courier, a street address is required
    • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative (ie: colleague, neighbour, building manager)
    • Amovita bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
    • Amovita is not responsible for any damage after delivery
