    About the Awards

    The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to service excellence.

    The program provides the ultimate platform for building knowledge, increasing brand awareness, equity, loyalty and retention through increased exposure, recognition and prestige. This establishes a valuable resource that can be used extensively to create opportunities for publicity, positive organisational profiling and heightened brand awareness within the respective industries both nationally and internationally.

     

    The Assessment Process

    Entries are assessed utilising a robust and dynamic framework to ensure that the assessment process is pertinent and objective. The World Business Awards Framework (WBA Framework) is utilised as a structured model of assessment that enables the participating organisations to be benchmarked against world class performance standards.

    The Framework consists of specialised assessment modules pertaining to the evaluation criteria for each of the award categories. The criteria and sub-criteria provide a robust set of requirements that are used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.

    Amovita Consulting has been honoured in the prestigious Service Excellence category of The Australian Business Awards 2013.

    Executive Director of Amovita Consulting, Tracey Harris said, ‘this award demonstrates important recognition of the company’s continued exemplary commitment to providing superior service excellence to our clients and customers.

    “For the third consecutive year we have had the privilege of being awarded with the Australian Business Award for Service Excellence. This award is testament to the services and products we provide to ensure our clients and customers can achieve business and people excellence’.”

    Now it its eighth year, The Australian Business Awards is a highly regarded national program with an established set of business and product award categories assessing the core values of business excellence, product excellence, sustainability and responsibility.

    The program engages with leading corporate, government and non-government organisations across key industry segments, including financial, manufacturing, professional services, energy, telecommunications, construction, transport, healthcare, education, food services and retail. Winners of the program are publicly honoured for their industry-leading initiatives and products.

    Since being established in 2008, Amovita’s commitment to service excellence has been the key in transforming services to include their three key business divisions.

    This evolution has placed Amovita Consulting in a niche position that assisted them to grow and change to meet the needs of clients and customers.

    During the last 12 months, Amovita Consulting has increased their market share by 15% in Business Consulting, 24% in People Management and 31% in Training and Professional Development.

    The Australian Business Awards 2013 saw one hundred winners (ABA100) announced across twenty business and product award categories. The business entries were assessed using key criteria covering planning, research and development, execution and implementation, impact and outcomes, performance management and industry contributions.

    Now it’s official, with Amovita Consulting, taking out top honours in The Australian Business Awards 2012, in the category of Service Excellence.

    The award specifically recognises Amovita Consulting’s achievements in delivering Service Excellence to its clients and customers.  Since being established in2008, excellent customer service has been a key foundation for delivering Amovita’s programs and services to its customers and clients.

    The prestigious and comprehensive awards program, established in 2005, engages with leading corporate, government and non-profit organisations across key industry segments, including financial, manufacturing, professional services, energy, telecommunications, construction, transport, healthcare, education, food services and retail.

    Entries are assessed using specific criteria via an established set of business and product award categories, benchmarking the full spectrum of organisational performance and product management to identify the industry leaders for each award category and industry classification. The awards raise the bar across all aspects of quality management and provide organisations with ways to review their business performance and identify their core strengths.

    Created in 1999, the Australian Small Business Champion Awards has emerged as the largest and most prestigious small business awards program in Australia. The aims of the Champions program are to assist small business operators with their development and provide marketing opportunities to enhance and grow their business.

    The program also acknowledges the vision, dedication and outstanding level of customer service of successful small businesses. The Australian Small Business Champion Awards is the ultimate accolade for Small Business.

    The Amovita Consulting team will be attending the awards evening on Saturday 21st April in Sydney when the winners are announced.

  • 2011 Australian Business Award – Winner

    Amovita Consulting has been recognised among Australia’s most progressive organisations, winning the Australian Business Award for Service Excellence in the 2011 Awards.

    The Australian Business Awards challenges the full spectrum of private, public and non-profit sector organisations in Australia through its comprehensive business and product award categories.

    Now in its sixth year, the Australian Business Awards program recognises organisations that demonstrate the core values of business excellence, product excellence, corporate responsibility, sustainability and commercial success in their respective industries. A total of 103 recipients were honoured from the 928 organisations that participated in the 2011 Awards.

    The Australian Business Award for Service excellence recognizes organizations that deliver outstanding customer service.

    Commenting on the win, Tracey Harris, Managing Director said: “this award reinforces our commitment to service excellence and value and appreciate our customers and clients.”
