Our Recruitment Process

Amovita Consulting is approached on a regular basis by professionals to join the team. Our Senior Team undertakes the recruitment of all new consultants and we meet with candidates individually or in a group setting.

The first stage of the recruitment process is to meet with each candidate individually in person or via skype or teleconference.

We explore in detail their passion for wanting to join us, their neuro-capability capacity and if they are a match with our high performance mindset philosophy, skills and knowledge in their specialist area.

All candidates are required to meet essential criteria with qualifications and membership to their professional association. Where a candidate meets the essential criteria they move to our final recruitment stage.
